Abstract: The impact of trade openness on employment constitutes recently the heart of the economic development policy. However, there are only few studies that analyze the impact of trade policy openness and their effects on the employment and wage levels in developing countriesand Algeria. The majority of theoretical work insists that the trade policy openness have positive effects on wages and employment in the long term at least,However, some empirical evidence show the opposite; many of the previous used models insist that the liberalization of foreign trade as put by the international financial institutions for developing countries, may adversely affect the labor market
