Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of the enterprise resources planning system ERP in ENTP, by examining the relationship between the ERP application requirements and the performance improvement indicators. The study sample was consisted of all the users of ERP in the ENTP. We adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to highlight the concepts that are related to the subject of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study 56 questionnaires were distributed. The data were analyzed by the statistical program SPSS V22 using several statistical methods such as arithmetic means, correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression. The study found a set of conclusions, including that ENTP do not care about the change and the business processing engineering , and they also do not work on achieving the satisfaction of the employees. The study concluded that the performance improvement is influenced by four factors: the support of the system suppliers, senior management support, communication, awareness of the benefits of the system
