إشكالية الفراغ فـي الملمح النفسـي لمدمن التدخيـن

Abstract

Tobacco is an international problem wthich threatens public health in different countries, including Algeria, regarding to the prevalence of the phenomenon among youth, and risques on public health. What may worsen the situation in our sociéty is related to the non respect of regulations linked to smoking, which increases the number of victims of passive smoking. Factors which motivate people to addict smoking are different, but the most important among them are related to social and psychological sides which need to be studied. Through a clinical illustration based on projective technics and clinical interview the authors try to show that social and psychological factors can be essentiel in leading youth to addict smoking. flaws related to the process of individuation and indépendance caused by psycho-traumatisms, may lead the person to use smoking as a mean against psychological gap and solitude, and as a strategy to preserve weak psychological equilibrium.
