Abstract

this study deals with the subject of the relationship between the clash of civilization and industry enemies, the latter which is one of the most important reasons the clash and as a backdrop strategy, since there is after the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the communist camp, stalked the West in general and America special feeling anxious and ideological vacuum, which necessitated the decision makers endoscopy to search for an alternative to the enemy, even America feel the unity of identity and stability.
