Abstract: The objective of this study is to detect the role of some determinants of the job satisfaction with knowing (physical wages, promotion, supervision, social relations and conditions) in the prediction of the level of organizational commitment at a sample made up of 156 employees servant of the SONELGAZ of Ouargla, it was shown that there is a positive correlation between the quoted engagement and known determinants and that to take a positive position on behalf of the companies Algerian of these factors decreases the phenomena of unconcern administrative and leaving work.
