dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate work values level of primary school teachers, and the relationship between work values and gender, professional experience and specialization. The sample included (103) teachers of primary school in Ouargla. The instrument used was a work values measurement prepared by (Allam and Zayed, 1992). The results showed high mean scores on work values, and there is no correlation between work values and variables of professional experience and specialization, and showed a significant correlation between the economic value of work and gender, and there is no correlation between gender and work values of: (pride to work, integrity in work, work priority, and social value of work, upward striving).en_US
