Abstract: This research paper attempted to explore the crosses role of the cultural diversity multinational companies, in the dynamicty of group of work, OURHOUD organization which is situated in HASSI MASSOUD- OUARGLA was the filled of study ,this later begins with research problemthat includes the research questions and hypothesizes , than we packled in the most important definitions, concepts and the procedures fields ( place-human resource- times ), After that comes the display, analyze and discussion of the results on the light of the study hypothesizes. Finlay, we conclude by general conclusion which give as the answer of the research problem.
