dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the repercussions of the fisheries agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco regarding the benefit resulting from the present convention to the Saharawi people living under occupation, causing consequently regional instability, risks of civil unrests and even wars in the current regional environment. The provisions of this Agreement also discuss The European Union (EU) move as one of the centers of power toward North Africa, in order to dominate the natural resources, without investigating the obligations incumbent on States under the law of occupation.en_US
