Caractérisations phénotypique des populations caprines dans la région de Oued Souf

Abstract

L’objectif de cette étude est la caractérisation phénotypique de la population caprine de la région de Oued Souf, en perspective d’une contribution d’une meilleure connaissance des ressources génétiques caprines qui reste jusqu'alors peu étudiées ; des mesures corporelles ont été réalisées au niveau de 50 chèvres et 10 boucs. Cette étude porte sur 18 variables pour les mâles et 20 variables chez les femelles, les données recueillies ont été soumises à un barycentre des classes et de coefficient de corrélation (analyse statistique CAH). Les résultats obtenus ont montré des hautes corrélations concernant (TA, TP = 0,995), (LC1, LC2 = 0,963), (Tpa, Tab = 1) chez les mâles et (HG, HMP = 0,885), (LC1, LC2 = 0,862), (Tpa, Tab = 1) chez les femelles. La population caprine de la région de Oued Souf se compose de trois classes pour chaque sexe, qui sont généralement des individus de moyen format avec un PV moyen égal à 23 ± 1,55 kg chez les mâles et a 22 ± 2,53 kg chez les femelles.

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الخصخصة المظهرية لمجمع الماعز في منطقة واد سوف وهذا لفهم أفضل للموارد الوراثية للماعز التي ال تزال حتى اآلن ال تحظى بدراسات مفصلة. تم إجراء قياسات الجسم لمجموع 05 انثى و05 ذكور وشملت هذه الدراسة 01 متغير للذكور و05 متغير لإلناث )تعالج المعطيات بالتحليل االحصائي̧ التصنيف السلمي حسب الساللة( حيث أظهرت النتائج توفيقات مهمة )محيط الصدر̧ محيط البطن = 990¸5( ¸ )طول رقبة العلوي̧ طول رقبة السفلي = 969¸5 ¸ ) )محيط الخلخال̧ محيط المعصم = 0 )عند الذكور و )طول الغارب̧ طول األرباع الخلفية = 110¸5( ¸ )طول رقبة العلوي̧ طول رقبة السفلي = 160¸5( ¸ )محيط الخلخال̧ محيط المعصم = 0 )عند االناث. مجاميع الماعز لمنطقة واد سوف تتكون من ثالث )59 )مجموعات عند كل جنس التي هي على العموم أفراد متوسطة الحجم بوزن حي متوسط 32 ± 55¸1 عند الذكور̧ 33 ± 52¸3 عند اإلناث

The objective of this study is the phenotypical characterization of the caprine population of Oued Souf region, in order to have better understanding of goat genetic resources which remains little studied until now, the body measurements were performed an 50 females and 10 males males distributed over 02 municipalities in the region. This study examined 20 variables for females and 18 variables for males the data collected were subjected to a barycentre classes and of coefficient of correlation (statistic analyzis CAH). The results obtained showed high correlations concerning (TA, TP = 0,995), (LC1, LC2 = 0,963), (Tpa, Tab = 1) for males and (HG, HMP = 0,885), (LC1, LC2 = 0,862), (Tpa, Tab = 1), for females The caprine population of Oued Souf region is composed of three class for each sex, which is generally individuals having small format with an average live weight 23 ± 1,55 kg for males and 22 ± 2,53 kg for females.
