واقع الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر وسبل تطويرها دراسة حالة المنتجات الزراعية للفترة: (2001-2014)

Abstract

يعتبر نشاط التصدير محفز أساسي للنمو من خلال زيادة وتيرة الاستثمارات ومنه زيادة الإنتاج، الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة الدخل الوطني ومن ثم رفع المستوى المعيشي للإفراد. وقد حاولت الجزائر منذ أزمة النفط سنة 1986 الدخول في مرحلة بحث عن السبل المثلى لتنويع صادراتها لتفادي مثل تلك الصدمات، وكانت بداية الألفية الثالثة فرصة للجزائر بعد تحقيق فوائض مالية ضخمة والتي نتجت عن ارتفاع أسعار النفط للدخول في مرحلة استثمارية ضخمة مست جل القطاعات وزعت على ثلاث برامج خلال الفترة (2001-2014) من اجل النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وتشجيع وتوجيه الاستثمارات نحو قطاعات أخرى خارج قطاع المحروقات، وكان من بين أهم القطاعات القطاع الزراعي الذي خصصت له الدولة مبالغ ضخمة باعتباره قطاع استراتيجي وبتحسنه تتحسن قطاعات أخرى ذات صلة به.
