dc.description.abstractThis article aims to define the crime of aggression and attempts to assess the effectiveness, in terms of prosecution and punishment of this crime, especially when it become the gravest and the greatest of the international crimes. From other part To study the International Criminal Court’s jurisdiction with respect to crime of aggression, and the intervention of the Security Council to determine the occurrence of Aggression crime where the Council may be tempted to use more frequently its power of deferral under Article 16 of the Rome Statute.en_US
