Abstract

In This paper we will examine the relationships between research and developmental processes in the activities of modern Arabic linguistics. Three main factors are dominated and govern the scope of Arabic linguistics; the administrative factors, the rational factors, and the contextual factors. Each one of those factors produce some circumstances that sometime help the researchers and in other areas do not help them.
