Abstract

The concept of political stability has attracted many political analysts thought and rethought the word since the beginning of political thought . It is that has made him the most complicated and obscure concept. It is a normative concept , because what could cause the stability of certain state could lead to instability same time to another state . The importance of the word was the subject of collective needs of all peoples and nations because it guaranteed the security , development and prosperity.Whatever the nature of the political system , the more relevant question is how to maintain political stability to ensure continuity of the system without being monotonous , but to ensure a peaceful transfer of political power ; and manage to balance the forces operating in the political field , and mobilized all resources to manage the various conflicts that may generate social violence yardstick . It does not mean it comes from a military and security force, but it is the result of socio-economic political and cultural context
