Abstract

The protection of children in armed conflict has become important in international relations. Their putting in danger became strictly prohibited. The rules of international humanitarian law give children a large protection .In the case of an armed conflict, children benefit from the protection given to civilians. There are treated in a =human way and benefit from the rules of international humanitarian law. In addition, children benefit from a special protection as children during the armed conflict
