Abstract

The industrial land is considered as the primary pillar of economic investment, which offers multiple perspective to the company. It comes to this article present the industrial land as a necessary tool local economic development through its concept and its portfolio of real estate projects. And in this framework the Algerian legislature has put in place a legal and regulatory framework to access industrial land with benefits, motivations and attractions in profit investors.
