Abstract

This study addresses the issue of citizenship and its current practice within the revolution digital, now, the new image of citizenship is related to developing technology communication and the new media culture and social media, not to mention the back of traditional means of communication. In this new environment, many people and especially youth, began to practice in the "Sybersphère" without descending to the street, but just behind the screens and in the corners of the houses, which is why the citizen becomes digital, and citizenship becomes electronic.
