Abstract

The work of international non-governmental organizations in the Arab Movement countries face a range of political, economic, social and cultural challenges, which led to the obstruction of its activities and the emergence of a wave of disputes between them and the governments that have some of them to suspend the work of these organizations under a variety of pretexts notably security motives and lack of credibility by accusing extension for some Western agencies and implement the hidden agenda, which raised controversy among academics and various political actors, about the nature of the roles played by international non-governmental organizations in the Arab countries
