The American admiration sank daring the role period of the president George w, bush into a ferocious war against the terrorism .and it used in it all the political and security and investigatery and informative and economical means ,in order to face the new Security threats ,and the deep and dramatically transformation in the terrorism work ;after using civil airplanes as a ballistic missiles in 11 September attack .and we will treat in this article the dilemmas which result from the american war against the terrorism .after revising what had been written .during the period 2000.2008 ,where the strategic war against the terrorism had been involved as a priority of the American ,foreign policy , and as an indicator in its relations with other states
