Abstract

Les transactions touchant le secteur d'activités économique, commercial, social et culturel du pays et engagent des budgets énormes le contrôle externe se distingue par: la diversité des organismes et institutions impliquées, la multiplicité d'outils de mise en œuvre, le progra- action a priori ou a posteriori, la richesse des outils qui' sont concrétisés sur terrain, en plus, la multiplicité des résultats engendrés.
