L’écriture entre Histoire et fiction dans Ce que le jour doit à la nuit de Yasmina KHADRA

Abstract

Cette étude est menée sur le roman historique, considéré comme une réécriture de l’Histoire. Ce travail examine les rapports entre l’Histoire franco-algérienne et la fiction dans l’œuvre Ce que le jour doit à la nuit de Yasmina KHADRA. Notre objectif est d’analyser l’œuvre et montrer ces rapports en nous basant sur une méthode sociocritique. Nous avons tout d’abord présenté le corpus et son auteur pour ensuite, analyser son cadre spatio-temporel ainsi que les personnages cités, par rapport à la réalité historique dont il reflète, pour enfin les combiner. Les résultats de notre étude confirment les hypothèses formulées, dans cette circonstance, l’histoire dans le roman reflète vraiment la réalité historique franco-algérienne

This study is basign on the historical novel, which is considering as rewriting of history. This study discuss the links between the Franco-Algerian history and fiction in the oeuvre of ‘‘What the Day Owes the Night '' of Yasmina KHADRA. Our objective is to analyze the work and demonstrate these links, by basing on a sociocritical method. First, we have presented the corpus and their writer, then we analyze his framework spatiotemporal as well as the characters mentioned, compared to the historical reality that reflects, in order to combine them. The results of our study confirm the assumptions that we formulated. In this circumstance, History in the novel really reflects the Franco-Algerian historical reality.
