أثر التحفيز على الإبداع الإداري في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير التحفيز على الإبداع الإداري لعينة من مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة بولاية ورقلة وقصد جمع البيانات اللازمة فقد تم تطوير استبانه وزعت على عينة عشوائية بلغت47 موظف إداري, وقدتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة وكذلك الاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي spss لمعالجة معطيات الدراسة بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية و الإنحرفات المعيارية, وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - أن مؤسسات محل الدراسة تهتم بتقديم حوافز متنوعة أهمها مادية و أخرى معنوي أثبتت الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحوافز المادية الإبداع الإداري, لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحوافز المعنوية الإبداع الإداري.

This study aims to determine the effct of the stimulus the administrative creativity to some of small and medium enterprises in Ouargla , In order to collect the mecessary data we have designeda questionnaire which was distributed to a randon sample of 47 administrative employees. The led us to the descriptive and analytical method to get the needed results and to rely on the statistical programme SPSS to process the data based on the arithmetic mean and standard deviatione through the study we have achieved the following results: the enterprises under the study give a variety of obstract and inancial stimulus to their employees.also the is a significant reltionship detween finally there is ni relationship detween abstract stimulus and adminstrative creativity.
