Abstract: This article summarizes the studies conducted in Algeria about School rhythms. We based our research on the results found in academic studies or those conducted within the institutes and research programs; these studies are intended to show the effect of school time on learners ‘attention, nocturnal sleep, and behavior in class and extracurricular activities. The results we have reached in our investigation have shown that school time and university time do not meet the biological and psychological rhythms of learning, which does not allow learners to flourish and puts it in a position of school and university failure.
