دراسة أثر الحجم كمحرك لنمو المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين متغيرين أساسيين يتمثلان في كل من أثر الحجم ونمو المؤسسات، وذلك بالاعتماد على عينة مكونة من 50 مؤسسة صناعية تنشط في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري على مدى خمس سنوات، وقد تم اختيار أثر الخبرة، أثر التعلم وأثر وفورات الحجم كمؤشرات لقياس أثر الحجم في المؤسسات الصناعية، ومعدل كل من الإنتاج، القيمة المضافة، صافي الأرباح كمقاييس لنمو المؤسسات. وباستخدام نماذج البيانات الطولية (Panel data) توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معدل النمو وكل من التكلفة الوحدوية، الهامش الإجمالي للاستغلال، معدل الإنتاج المتراكم كمتغيرات لقياس أثر الخبرة، في حين لم يكن إلا لإنتاجية العامل كمتغير لقياس أثر التعلم تأثير على نمو المؤسسات، كما كان لأثر وفورات الحجم تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية كذلك على نمو القيمة المضافة فقط.

We aim through this study to test the relationship between two basic variables: the size effect and the firm’s growth, employing a sample of 50 industrial firms operating in the Algerian south-east over the five years extending between 2008-2012, the effects of experience, learning, and the economies of scale are selected as indicators of measuring the size effect in these firms, The production rate; value added; and net profit are selected as indicators of measuring the firm's growth. Using longitudinal data models (Panel data), this study have found a statistically significant relationship between the growth rate and the unitary cost, gross margin of exploitation, the cumulative rate of production, these were regarded as variables to measure the experience effect, Whereas, only the labor productivity was regarded as a variable to measure the learning effect on the firm’s growth. On the other hand, the economies of scale had a statistically significant impact just on the value added growth.
