The Agriculture in Morocco is considered an important strategic sector for the advancement of the national economy. However, in recent years, the development of soft wheat and durum has experienced weak profitability. This weakness is due to biotic stress problem such as root rot caused by Fusarium culmorum. Experiments conducted on twenty types of wheat and 3 types of nitrogen fertilization: 21% (ammonium nitrate); 46% (Urea); 33% (ammonium sulfate), showed that nitrogen fertilization as urea has stimulated the development of root rot disease. By against the complete fertilization (N, P and K) reduced the development of disease. So it seems that the management of nitrogen fertilization is the ideal solution for controlling this disease. Nevertheless, it is better to follow the research and experience to develop effective solutions for the final fight against this disease.en_US
