Abstract: Our research focuses on the integration of information and communication technologies in education. The objective is to analyze the work of the teachers and their teaching practices in the classroom. Through an investigation of 603 university teachers and 1.014 teachers of Education. It allowed to test the factors that influence on teachers in their teaching practices. Teachers in Higher Education does not have the same vision as national education teachers. This difference lies in their behaviors, attitudes, motivations, awareness campaigns, perceptions of the use of ICT in the classroom. However, the qualities of representations of these dimensions are good and the reliability on all dimensions .An Analyze of the consistency and validity give satisfactory results. An analysis of the relationships between the variables of the model is performed. The comparison between the two samples showed significant differences.
