dc.description.abstractThis work aims to analyse the nature of the organizational and managerial changes induced by the implantation of Quality Management System, complies with ISO 9001 version 2008, in a company. We will try throught the analyses of the experience of the company ALCOST Bejaia, to understand the approach used by this company for the control and management of changes induced by the implantation of Quality Management System, and analyze the oppositions of employees towards them. Wich will allow us undrestand the origin of difficulties encountered durind the process of implementation of Quality Management System in this company, and point the conditions to succeed such an implantation.en_US
