dc.description.abstractThis study highlights the impact of quality management systems on practices management of human resources in industrial companies in western Algeria (Oran city). Three types of practices are identified: recruitment, training and skills development, and finally the communication and sharing of information. For this, a survey was conducted among 75 Human Resources Managers. The results show that companies certified ISO 9001 put more frequently in place a comprehensive policy on recruitment, training and information sharing, and gradually develop a culture of HR auditen_US
