Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of Empowering Employees on the Knowledge Management Applications in the Regional Directorate for production - Sonatrach Hassi Messaoud. We conducted a field survey on the level of the directorate, we have been using two tools, the interview and the questionnaire then Processing by statistical program SPSS version 20 To analyze this phenomenon. The study concluded that, the Empowering Employees has significant impact on the Knowledge Management in the Regional Directorate for production applications - Sonatrach Hassi Messaoud.
