Abstract

The study addressed the issue of social support in the face of Stressful Life Events as grasp of working married women in the health sector in Oran, in order to reveal the role that social support plays in mitigating the effects of Stressful Life Events faced by married women working in the public health sector in their daily lives. To test the research hypotheses were selected sample of married women working in the public health sector in Oran 242-strong workforce, including: 90 Nurse 0.66 a physician, and 86 domestic administration.And the scientific method used in the study, according to the nature of the subject Vtm use descriptive and analytical approach.In the data collection Vtm rely on the following means: Stressful events scale, a measure of social support and this after confirming Sedkhma and ThbathmaAs for the statistical methods used Vtm the application of the following: Pearson correlation coefficient, the percentage, the test "T", analysis of variance.
