Abstract: Positive education and good treatment of children from their parents is the primary prerequisite to good psychological and emotional development of these children balanced, so they can live normally the different stages of developing. But if bad education or mistreatment is exercised by one parent or both, this will create psychological and emotional disorders in children that will push him to juvenile delinquency. This study shows that children abused constantly by the parent mate with them strong psychological disorders, emotional characterized by antisocial behavior, these children can integrate with groups of child offenders, requiring their placement in care centers for juvenile offenders. The factors of these disorders are manifold: family breakdown, divorce, single mother of child poverty, chronic illness of a parent, father of fugue, alcoholism and drugs .. Most children suffering from poverty in their mental activities, preventing them from realizing the most underlying relationship problems which promotes the lack of healthy formation of the psyche which pushes them to lead their defense mechanisms to the exterior deviant behavior, park they can not cope with daily, then they find refuge in offender groups and escape punishment and compensation deficit of their emotional life. This explains the ambiguity of identity and the low level of self-esteem and lack of confidence and confusion in the roles.
