Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to show the contradiction in modernity in contemporary arabic poetry, on one hand, it is considered for some poets as a destruction and regression in the meaning of poetry and its message, on the other hand, it is a modernity of construction and improvement among the other modernist poets.
