Abstract: The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of basic education female teachers contribution in Tafileh area in Jordan for building students personality in this stage, to achieve this goal, an instrument was built including a questionnaire with six essential domains for growth, after making sure of the psychometric characteristics of the instrument it was distributed to the sample of the study which consists of (187) female teachers. the results indicated that the contribution of teachers in building character was highly educated, and the results showed a lack of statistically significant differences in the degree of contribution of the parameters in the build personal educated attributed to specialize, or degree or experience.
