Abstract

due to the rapid development reached by the world today, the latter had become a network of formal and informal interactions, in which the state has become without borders .and this imposed on a state adopting a policy of a particular style to controle its borders, but some countries still manage these borders with the traditional methods. Wheras there are other countries use the scientific and technological technique to keep up and cope with modernization which the world has knew in all its aspects.these dynamics –created by globalization at all levels-, produced informal and illegal relationships which has become new and serious threats that bother those countries working across borders, and more than that they started using technology to achieve their objectives. for that, countries should rely on the use of the modern technology facing those threats across borders… and here comes the idea of " the smart borders technique" .
