نحو مقاربة تسييرية لتقييم أداء سلسلة الإمداد في المؤسسات البترولية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبني مقاربة لتقييم أداء سلسلة الإمداد في المؤسسات البترولية، وهذا باستخدام لوحة القيادة بصفتها إحدى أدوات مراقبة التسيير، وكذا أسلوب التحليل الهرمي بصفته أحد الأساليب الكمية المساعدة في اتخاذ القرار. وقد تم تطبيقهما في مديرية الإمداد بالمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبارENTP . بينت النتائج المتحصل عليها من تطبيق لوحة القيادة أن نسبة تحقيق الأداء الإيجابي كانت 48.13%، أما الأداء السلبي فقدر بحوالي 51.87 %. بينما أسلوب التحليل الهرمي ساهم في دمج المعايير الكمية والنوعية ضمن مصفوفة القرار؛ التي تسمح لمسؤول المؤسسة بتقييم الأداء وإعطاء بدائل لمحاور التقييم ومؤشراتها من أجل التحسين نظراً لمرونتها.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of supply chain in petroleum societies¸ using Table of board; as it is one of the controlling management tools, and also Analytical Hierarchy Process as one of the Quantities Methods which helps in making decision. These processes were applied in Supply Direction in National Company of Wells Works ( E.N.T.P). The results found After Applying Table of Board shows that; The Percentage of Positive Performance was 48.13%. in another hand The Percentage of the Negative Performance was 51.87 %, while the Analytical Hierarchy Process helps to merge the qualitative and quantities criterions within the decision matrix; which allows the society responsible to evaluate the performance, and gave replacements of evaluation axes together with its indicators for the amelioration according to its Flexibility.
