Abstract

we shall treat with research and study ,the concept and the content of the cultural properties, by our relay on the existence of an important changes concerning the appearence of new ideas and fundamental rules in the International Human Law, then what do we mean by the cultural properties ? what is the nature of these properties ? and is there any judicial frame that protects these properties ?. we have divided the research into : The first request : definition of the cultural properties that are whole covered by protection. The secand request : the nature of the protected properties. The third request : the legal impacts of the cultural properties.
