dc.description.abstractThe phenomenon of corruption from dangerous phenomena faced by all countries, particularly developing countries, have a significant impact on the overall development of political and social stability in the country. This research has included the definition of corruption, its causes and the role of self-censorship and anti-corruption has been exposed to the oversight role by specializing in these control devices. The study found a number of recommendations, including: for the laws on combating administrative corruption that some of the texts in administrative law with regard to recruitment and promotion in the civil service need to be adjusted even undermine mediation and favoritism and was able to choose the best elements and the legal texts that represent the hands on the freedom of access information and traded on the need to repeal or mitigation, but for regulatory agencies it is necessary to give more autonomy and coordination between the terms of reference and give more immunities to its members and publish their reports.en_US
