Abstract: At the end of the fundamental role played by information and communication technology in the management of public services, the theme of modernization and improvement of the quality of public service constitutes an axiomatic lever for administrative development, Economic, social and cultural development. In this context, the joint use of technology, including the implementation of delineated digitization a central core for the revolutionary transformation of public administration, through, service delivery, clarity and accuracy in the Management of institutions and public administrations. Thus, it should be pointed out that the global trend towards a digital administration, despite the challenges and obstacles encountered, has catalyzed initiatives already adopted by several Maghreb countries, including Algeria, to realize the requirements of the digital industry Which will enable public bodies and administrations to improve the efficiency of their operations, the quality of public services and the effectiveness of their policies and programs.
