الحاكمية عند ابي الاعلى المودودي

Abstract

من خلال دراستنا للحاكمية عند أبي الأعلى المودودي فقد تبين لنا أن لفظ الحاكمية في اللغة العربية والقرآن يعني القضاء، وأن أصولها التاريخية تعود إلى الخوارج ، وفي تحديد مفهوم الحاكمية انطلق المودودي من اعتبار المجتمع المعاصر جاهلا، كما رفض المودودي الديمقراطية لأن غياب الحوار وممارسة الديمقراطية داخل الأحزاب الدينية أدى إلى انعدام القواسم المشتركة بينهما ، كما أدى أيضا نقل مفهوم الحاكمية من مجاله اللغوي إلى المجال السياسي إلى إراقة الدماء وانتشار الجماعات الإسلامية والتطرف الديني.

In the course of our study of the rule of Abi Aala Al-Maoudodi, we found that the term "jurisprudence" in the Arabic language and the Qur'an means "Judiciary," and that its historical origins belong to the Kharijis. In defining the concept of governance, Al-Maoudodi began to consider modern society ignorant. Religious parties led to the lack of common denominators between them, and the transfer of the concept of governance from the linguistic field to the political sphere to the bloodshed and the spread of Islamic groups and religious extremism.
