Abstract: This graduation memoir has studied the laser-produced plasma ( sublimation) from graphite by using LIBS (Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy). The application was on sample, consequently, we studied the plasma generated from the interaction of ( Nd :yag) laser which its wave length is (1.064) with graphite sample The plasma spectrum had been gathered by using optical fiber connected to a spectroscopy with LCCD camera, which recording the spectral lines ; than the computer analyse it and shape it up again into curves. Whereas , it had been compared with theorical spectrums which had shaped by a numeric programme looking forward to idenify the composition of elements contained in the sample exmples(CI) and its analysis by calculating the plasma temperature ( T=3237k) measurment by looking to the intensity between two lines. Than the comparaison of the theorical results with experimental results.
