دور البعد الديني في السياسة الخارجية للدول نموذج دولة الفاتيكان

Abstract

الملخص: الفصل الاول ، عبارة عن دراســــــــــــــة مفـــــــــــــــاهيمية من أربعــــــــــــــــــــة مبــــاحث ، المبحث الاول مخصص لمصطلح السياسة الخارجية ،يشمل تعريف بعض العلماء ،منهم بهجت القرني و محمد السيد سليم، مرورا بأهداف السياسة الخارجية و أهميتها ،وصولا إلى أدوات ممارسة السياسة الخارجية ،والتي اعتمدنا فيها تصنيف المفكر تشارلز هيرمان ، اما بالنسبة للمبحث الثاني ،مخصص لمصطلح البعد الديني ،بدا بالتعريف حسب معاجم اللغة العربية و القاموس الانجليزي اوكسفورد ،كما تناولت فيه الوسائل الدينية المتمثلة في المؤسسات الدينية الإسلامية و المسيحية ،وفي المبحث الثالث ،تناولت فيه طبيعة العلاقة بين البعد الديني و السياسي، هل هي علاقة استقلالية أم علاقة ترابطية ؟و في هذا المبحث طرحين متناقضين حول جدلية العلاقة بين هذين البعدين،و المبحث الرابع، يتحدث عن اثر القضايا الدينية على السياسة الخارجية للدول من خلال حرب الأفكار وقضية حوار الأديان و بروز الأبعاد الدينية للقضايا التقليدية . ثم ننتقل إلى الفصل الثاني، وهو الجانب التطبيقي من الدراسة أو نموذج الدراسة، والمتمثل في دولة الفاتيكان وكيف تمارس سياستها الخارجية من منظور ديني، ويتكون أيضا من أربعة مباحث، المبحث الاول يتضمن تاريخ نشأة الكنيسة الكاثوليكية و دولة الفاتيكان ،أما المبحث الثاني فنتكلم فيه عن علاقة الفاتيكان مع ايطاليا الداخلية ،و بالنسبة للمبحث الثالث فيشرح لنا محددات السياسة الخارجية لدولة الفاتيكان أثناء ممارستها ، وأخيرا أهم المواقف السياسية لدولة الفاتيكان، وهي عبارة عن أحداث تدخلت فيها الفاتيكان كوسيط في حل نزاع أو إرسال مبعوث رسولي لتنديد بقضية ما أو قيام البابا بخطابات رسمية في بعض الدول إلى أخره. وأخير الخاتمة ،وتطرح فيها أهم النتائج المتحصل إليها من خلال البحث والتحليل.
