أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية الجزائرية دراسة حالة بنك الخليج الجزائر (AGB) خلال الفترة 2010-2015

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصال على الأداء المالي في البنك التجاري الجزائري حيث أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال محل إهتمام كل البنوك التجارية و ذلك لما لها من تأثير على أداءها المالي و مختلف أنشطتها، كما أن تأثيرها يشمل مختلف عناصر الأداء المالي و المتمثلة في مؤشرات العائد و المخاطرة، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على بنك الخليج الجزائر(AGB) خلال الفترة 2010-2015 حيث تم إستخدام أسلوب تحليل الإنحدار البسيط للكشف عن أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصال على الأداء المالي وذلك بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي9 Eviews. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصال على بعض مؤشرات الأداء المالي.

This study aims to highlight the impact of information and communication technology on the financial performance of the Algerian trade bank, where it has become information technology and communication is of interest to all commercial banks because they have an impact on their financial performance and their various activities, as their impact encompasses the various elements of financial performance of the indicators of return and risk, and the study has been conducted on the bank Gulf of Algeria (AGB) during the 2010-2015 period where the simple regression analysis method was used to detect the impact of information and communication technology On financial performance using the statistical program 9 EViews. The study found a series of results, the most important of which is a significant impact of information and communication technology on some financial performance indicators
