أثر المسؤولية البيئية على دورة استغالل نشاط النقل دراسة حالة شركة سوناطراك – بجاية 1022 -SP1 BIS الضخ محطة

Abstract

تترتب على نشاط نقل المحروقات عبر الأنابيب تكاليف مرتفعة على شركة سوناطراك, وذلك لما يتطلبه هذا النوع من النشاط لعدد كبير من المعدات و وسائل النقل وصيانة مستمرة لخطوط النقل التي تمتد لمسافات طويلة ، وإضافة لهذه التكاليف تتحمل الشركة تكاليف تسيير ومعالجة النفايات بمختلف أنواعها وكمياتها والتي تؤثر تأثيرا سلبيا على البيئة ، هذه الأخيرة والتي تعاني حالات من عدم الاستقرار بسبب التلوث والمشاكل البيئية التي خلفتها ولا تزال تخلفها الشركات البترولية والصناعية عموما ، الامر الذي يستوجب اتباع سياسات حماية البيئة من طرف هذه الشركات خلال ممارسة نشاطها إضافة الى التحكم في التكاليف. ولقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية عرض وتشخيص طريقة تعامل المديرية الجهوية سوناطراك بجاية لنقل المحروقات عبر الانابيب مع البيئة من جهة وكيفية التحكم في التكاليف من جهة أخرى والإجابة على اشكالية هذا البحث العلمي وفق الاسلوب الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري وأسلوب دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي.

Transportation fuel through pipelines have a hight costs on the company of SONATRACH , that’s because this type of activity requires a large number of hardwares and means and the maintenance for the transportation lines wich extends a long distances , also it bears a costs of management and waste treatment with different types and wich effects impacts negative on the environment , this last and wich suffer cases from non stability due to pollution and environmental problems caused by that petroluem and indistriel company , So it have to follow protection environment stratigies and control theire costs. During this study we tried to diagnosis the method of dealing regional directorate SONATRACH BEJAIA for transports fuel across pipelines with the environment from side and how control at costs from other side ,and answer On Problematic of This search Scientific according to Style analytical descriptive in the theoretical side and style case study on the practical side.
