Synchronous motors with permanent magnets are increasingly used in servos with their superior to other AC motors performance. Thisthesis focuses on the control of high performance permanent magnet synchronous motor. The results of the study, expressed in system startup and system load, are widely presented and discussed. When the control system is subject to strong non linearity and time variables, we must develop control algorithms for stability and robustness of the process behavior. The sliding mode control is one of the methods of robust control. The last chapter is devoted to the mathematical description of the sliding mode control to be applied to the permanent magnet synchronous machinefor controlling the stator currents. Thus, as the sliding conditions are ensured, the dynamics of the system is insensitive to variations in process parameters, error modeling. |
