Abstract

بغية تطوير وسائل تقديم الخدمات المصرفية , ورفع كفاءة و أداء الخدمة المصرفية سعت الدول المتقدمة إلى تخفيض تكاليف العمليات المصرفية التي تتم عبر القنوات الإلكترونية مثل : أجهزة الصرف الآلي و نقاط البيع الإلكتروني و المقاصة الآلية . وقد قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بتقديم إطار نظري حول علاقة بطاقات الدفع الالكتروني في رفع جودة الخدمات المصرفية , حيث تهدف الدراسة الى الوقوف على طبيعة وانواع و ادوات بطاقات الدفع الالكتروني في البنك الخارجي الجزائري , وتم التوصل الى ان البيئة الجديدة للعمل المصرفي والمنافسة و التطبيقات لبطاقات الدفع الالكتروني ادت المصارف لإيجاد الاليات المتطورة في استخدام و تنويع الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية , وكانت الادوات المستخدمة جمع الوثائق و المقابلة مع موظفي البنك الخارجي وكالة تقرت .

In order to develop the means of providing banking services, and to raise the efficiency and performance of banking service, developed countries have sought to reduce the cost of banking operations through electronic channels such as ATMs, electronic points of sale and clearing. In this study, we presented a theoretical framework on the relationship of electronic payment cards in raising the quality of banking services. The study aims to identify the nature, types and tools of electronic payment cards in the Algerian foreign bank. It was concluded that the new environment for banking, competition and applications for cards Electronic payment Banks led to the creation of advanced mechanisms in the use and diversification of electronic banking services, and the tools used to collect documents and interview with the staff of the external bank agency approved.
