Abstract

جاءتالدراسةالحاليةلمحاولةالتعرفعلىمصدرالضبطالصحيلدىمرضىالسكريبحيثإنطلقتمنالتساؤلاتالتالية: 1-ماهومصدرالضبطالصحيالسائدلدىمرضىالسكري؟ 2-هلتوجدفروقذاتدلالةاحصائيةفيمصدرالضبطالصحيلدىمرضىالسكريتبعالمتغيراتالجنسوالسنومدةالمرض؟ وعلىضوءهذهالتساؤلاتقمنابوضعمجموعةمنالفرضياتمفادها: نتوقعوجودنمطالداخليسائدفيمصدرالضبطالصحيلدىمرضىالسكري. توجدفروقذاتدلالةاحصائيةفيمصدرالضبطالصحيلدىمرضىالسكريتبعالمتغيراتالجنسوالسنومدةالمرض. وقدأعتمدتالدراسةعلىالمنهجالوصفيالاستكشافيعلىعينةقوامها 163مصاباالمترددينعلىبيتالسكريالتابعلمستشفيمحمدبوضيافورقلةومستشفيسليمانعميراتبتقرتوأختيروابطريقةقصدية. تمثلتأدواتالدراسةفيمقياسمصدرالضبطالصحيلوالتسون(1978)وقدتمتكيفيهعلىالبيئةالجزائريةمنطرفنورالدينجبالي (2007) توصلتالدراسةالىالىوجودمصدرضبطصحيداخليلدىمرضىالسكري،وإلىعدموجودفروقفيمصدرالضبطالصحيحسبالجنسوالسنومدةالمرض.وتممناقشةالنتائجوفقلدراسا

The present study came to try identifying the source of health control in patients with diabetes. in which started with the following question: 1-what is the predominate source of health control in diabetics? 2-Are there statistically significant differences in the source of health control in patients with diabetes according to the variables of sex,age and duration of disease? From these questions we have sate group of hypothesis: We expect a common pattern of health control source in diabetics. There are statistically significant differences in the source of health control in patients with diabetes according to the variables of sex ,age and duration of disease. The study was based on exploratory descriptive approach on a sample of 163 patients who were present at the diabetes house belonging to Mohammad boudiaf in ouargla and SouleimanAmirat hospital in touggourt and they have been deliberately chosen .the tools of the study were the health control source (Waltson1978) ,which was adapted to the Algerian Environment mechanism( Djabali Noureddine2007( . The study found that there is a source of internal health control in diabetics patients there is no differences in the source of health control according to sex, age and duration of disease and the result were discussed according to the previous studies .
