Abstract: Creative thinking is an effective way to reduce the cultural gap between the feature and progressive companies, where is the last cries of the evolution of management thought and the secret of his success, resulting in a runny ink of many thinkers and researchers who showered us efforts to enrich the intellectual and library capital. The current study came to the briefing theoretical topic of creative thinking in the light of the opinion of the owners of cognitive behavioral trend who view him us a control of cognitive processes and mental interaction which translates into behaviors in creative positions.
