Abstract: This study investigated the level of counseling needs in classroom management for new professors stage (middle and high), and determine the impact of variables (genre, stage, and specialization) in the counseling needs in classroom management. To realize the objectives of the study were based on a questionnaire designed educational literature in this area, study sample consisted of (200) teachers,. We analyzed the results. That showed that the degree need for the guidance is very high for the new teachers regards to the gender, specialty and the level of teaching. The study was discussed in regards to the rules of discipline and previous studies related to the same studies.
