Abstract

In its wide definition, rural development is a Plainfield and directed social changement towards a best investment of the social resources to provide a best life income to his children and improve their quality of life culturally. Algeria, despite the adoption of a good number of strategies and successive development policies in its attempt to develop and achieve effectiveness has experience a huge amount of imbalances and problems which in turn reflected on the development and social side of the countryside, Therefore, we will study and know the extent of its application on the ground and the extent of its implications on the cultural, economic and social levels.
