dc.description.abstract | L'objectif de notre travail est d'extraire les huiles essentielles de girofle, le poivre noir et déterminer les propriétés physiques et chimiques. L’extraction par hydro-distillation a donné meilleur rendement par girofle (2.3%) et le faible par poivre noir (1.4%). Des indicateurs physiques mesurés (pH, la densité et l'indice de réfraction ) et l'indicateurs chimiques (indice d'acide, saponification, l'iode et de l'ester) à condition que l'information importante par rapport aux résultats des notes précédentes. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The objective of our work is to extract the essential oils of clove, the black pepper and to determine the physical and chemical properties. Extraction by hydro-distillation gave better yields per clove (2.3%) and low yield per black pepper (1.4%).
