L’utilisation de la langue française en milieu professionnel, cas de la SONELGAZ de Ouargla

Abstract

Dans le cadre de ce travail, nous nous sommes intéressés d’identifier la langue de travail en Algérie dans les entreprises publiques, nous avons pris comme cas d’étude une entreprise étatique la SONELGAZ dans le but de montrer l’utilisation de la langue française dans cette entreprise et de préciser son statut. En fonction de notre problématique nous avons élaboré une enquête sociolinguistique. D’abord, nous avons collecté des documents administratifs ce qui nous permettre de vérifier l’utilisation du français, ensuite nous utilisons deux questionnaires pour montrer une analyse quantitative. In the context of this work we was interested to identify the work language in the public enterprises of Algeria, we took a governmental company Sonelgaz as a case study to demonstrate the use of French language in this company and specify its status. Depending on our problem, we have elaborated a sociolinguistic inquest. Firstly, we had to collect the administrative documents to help us verify the use of French, after that we used two questionnaires to obtain a quantitative analysis. في إطار هذا العمل، كنا مهتمين بالتعرف على لغة العمل في المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية، قمنا بأخذ المؤسسة الوطنية سونلغاز كمثال للدراسة بهدف استبيان استعمال الفرنسية في هذه المؤسسة وتوضيح حالتها. تبعا لما تفرضه إشكاليتنا، كنا بحاجة لاستعمال التحقيق الاجتماعي اللغوي.كبداية، قمنا بجمع الوثائق الإدارية لمساعدتنا على التحقق من استعمال اللغة الفرنسية، بعد ذلك استعملنا استبيانين للحصول على تحليل كمي لهذا الغرض.
